Bees are some of the most important visitors your garden can have. They pollinate flowers, fruits, and vegetables, helping your plants thrive while supporting biodiversity. But with bee populations in decline, even a small garden can play a big role in giving them a safe haven.

You can help by planting a mix of nectar-rich flowers that bloom from Spring to Autumn. Native plants and herbs like lavender, thyme, and mint are especially helpful. Try to avoid pesticides, let a few weeds like clover and dandelions grow, and offer bees a shallow dish of water with stones where they can safely land.

Even a corner of wildflowers or a few untreated pots on a balcony can make a difference.
